INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Postage and packing to non-UK destinations is charged at a flat rate of £10. Goods will be sent Airmail either by Airsure to eligible destinations or by International Signed For to all other destinations (CLICK HERE for details) Please note that payment of any import tax or duty levied by Customs or otherwise is the responsibility of the person placing the order

DELIVERY TIMES

Almost everything we sell at GemZone is handmade to order. In view of this we don’t make rash promises about delivery times, although you can rest assured your order will be given our immediate attention. If there is likely to be a substantial delay - for example,  if a component is out of stock, you will be offered the option to cancel

PROBLEMS?

We are a family concern and our success depends upon your satisfaction.  If your order in any way disappoints, we will happily replace it or refund the purchase price. Please let us know the reason for return (this helps us improve our service) and send it back to us in its original condition. Please ensure you wrap the goods carefully and obtain a certificate of posting, which is available free of charge from any Post Office. Refer to our Terms and Conditions for details.
